Norwich International Airport is situated just four miles north of Norwich's city centre, on the A140 Cromer Road.

Once at Norwich Airport, the information desk is centrally located in the main concourse with staff on hand to deal with all your flight enquiries and general information such as flight arrivals and departures, car parking and airport facilities. The Eastern Airways check-in desks are situated in the main check-in hall and are operated by Norwich Handling.

For food at Norwich Airport there are two bars, a restaurant and a cafe within the main concourse and the departure lounge. Both the restaurant and the bar in the main concourse offer a wide variety of hot and cold meals throughout the day, as well as a wide selection of beers, wine and spirits.

For the shopoholics, aside from the Duty Free and tax free shopping available to departing passengers, Norwich Airport also has a shop situated in the main concourse available to all passengers and visitors to the airport.
