  • Auto Europe initially booked us to report to Hertz at Liverpool airport. The service was foul, unfriendly and totally un accommodating. We had booked in an emergency for a family funeral. One of our photo card's had expired, the other was valid. Hertz refused to honour our booking and sinceit was 5pm on a Sunday evening said there was nothing they were prepared to do. With a sobbing 6 year old we were utterly lost. No car to hire, a very rude Hertz employee and a funeral the next day 150 miles away. We approached Enterprise aw we had used them in the past via Auto Europe. The service here was outstanding. Enterprise phoned Auto Europe on our behalf explaining the scenario. Auto Europe agreed totransfer the voucher from Hertz to Enterprise. We are so appreciative of this and in future will avoid Hertz. We have written to thank Enterprise.   • Slight delay approx 15-20 mins whilstcar was prepared. Car excellently presented & with low mileage was as new. Would recommend to friends #

  • The car hire voucher etc... were received promptly. However as there was a delay with my flight I had the opportunity to more clear read the details. I was very surprised to see that you expected me to take many number of other pieces of information I would not normally do to collect a car. I am a very regular traveller and fly back to the UK 3 times a month and hire a car. I was expecting that I was going to be turned down for my hire car as I did not have a utility bill with me and only had a debit card (not a credit card as you clearly stipulate). This added some extra anxiety to my trip and I wished that I had not booked with you. However at the Avis desk in Liverpool none of the extra information was needed and I merely handed over my debit card and only the plastic part of my driving licence. The hire went really well overall but I was annoyed with the fine print of your voucher. Consequently unless more specific instructions for each car hire provider are detailed on the voucher in the future I do not expect that I will use your service again as I feel that this at some poinin timet could be used as a means to refuse the hire. #

  • There wasn't a car available which caused us to hire elsewhere at a much higher rate. Service was poor from both the rental agency and car trawlers. There MUST be some indication on your site that the rental is off site.At present there is no indication of this until the reservation has been made. I will not use you as a broker again until this happens. #

  • We needed to modify booking. Excellent support and efficient. Car hire service at Liverpool Airport with Enterprise was excellent. Best service ever from the people, offered to change car and upgrade (payable). Fantastic service. #
