Inverness Airport Guide
To get to Inverness Airport from the North East you follow the A68 to Edinburgh and continue on the M90 North. At Perth take the A9 and proceed towards Inverness. Follow signs for Inverness Airport and bear onto the A96 trunk road. From the North take the M6 North (from M62, West of Manchester) and continue towards Carlisle. Bear onto the A74 (M) to join the M74 into Glasgow. From Glasgow: use the M80 North to take the M9 onto the A9 towards Inverness. Upon arriving in Inverness, follow signs for A96 East to Inverness Airport. Inverness Airport is located 9 miles east of the City of Inverness just off the A96 towards Nairn. The turn off for the airport is shortly before Newton onto the B9039.
Inverness Airport is open daily from 5.30 am to 10.30 pm. Inverness Airport is a small terminal with 10 check in desks, 2 gates and 2 baggage claim belts. There is a bar/restaurant in the main terminal landside of Inverness Airport. An additional cafe bar is open in the airside lounge for light snacks and refreshments. There are also several shops within Inverness Airport including a newsagents/tobacconists, bookshop and gift shop.
Inverness Airport is based on one level only and provides plenty of provision for the disabled passenger. Access into the building for the disabled passenger is made through revolving doors, and inside the terminal there are disabled WC facilities.

Wheelchairs, ambulift and stairclimbers are provided to help passengers around the terminal and when embarking and disembarking the aircraft.
