  • Was not happy that we has been miss informed on paperwork from booking agent that we had to get on airparks bus to collect car, we waited for 3\4 hour for a bus to arrive to be told that the service has been unavailable for over a year. Once we phoned easyrent the pick up car arrived 1/2 hour later, it was bitter cold and thankfully not raining. It was not easyrents fault, and we found them to be polite and helpful. Pick up of car was a good 15 minute ride. It was dark to inspect car, but was given a torch to find 3 dents and scratches on it not listed on the paperwork for us to sign, so was apprehensive to sign as could not see properly. The car was a great run around for us, clean inside. We returned the car with no problems, taken direct to airport...maybe a little too fast for me, but I understand time is money. #

  • Everything worked fine. Cheap car - older than I'd usually expect and slightly less well prepared, but the up side was no great fuss about damage and it was brilliant value for money. Suited me perfectly. Thanks. #

  • Holiday Autos were excellent, but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend the rental company (InterRent). The check in was slow, and whilst the car was fantastic, we returned the vehicle on a Sunday. There was never any mention of their offices being closed on a Sunday, so we turned up to find no obvious place to leave the car or key, and no shuttle bus to the terminal. #

  • I have concerns about your system of taking my D/D card details at your check-in office as all my D/D card details were taken buy your staff on paper there was no card readers at your office I have never had to give my D/D card details on both sides of my D/D card before also when I dropped the car off I lifted my phone in the car I phoned the number that your staff gave me and I was tolled that your office was closed at 2 oâ??clock in the after noon however I got the bus back to your office and your staff were very helpful and retuned my phone but it was not the same staff that I check-in with and not the same staff that took my D/D card details and tolled me your office was closed however the rest of the service I received was good #

  • I collected the car - all was fine until Sunday morning when the car would not start - flat battery (I had not left lights on etc.). Tried to call Green Motion at B´ham airport - no answer. It took me over an hour to find someone on the telephone (in the end from the Heathrow office) who gave me the number of the breakdown service. They however, told me that the breakdown cover had expired in March 2012 and they could not help me. I contacted Argus car hire and they were also unable to help me - the guy actually told me to drive the car to the Green Motion office to get a replacement vehicle!! I pointed out that your website states that I should have free breakdown recovery and yet I did not. I eventually contacted Green Motion the next day and then they dealt with the problem fairly well, providing me with a new car. However, it still took several hours to get it, and I had to leave my father at home to wait for them to deliver the car as I had made plans for the day and needed to go out. The way I see it, I have paid for 5 days car hire and yet could not use the car for 2 days of that rental period. I will be looking for compensation. #
