  • The Localauto representative ( Mr Salvo) charged additional Euro 40 beacause I collected the car at 11:10 pmThe were unable to provide me with a written proof that the office was closed after 11pm ( no sign or indication of the opening time). I had to insist in order to have a copy of the car damages report. This was not initially offered. The day after the rental was sent via email. Locauto is a very bullying car rental company. Overall very bad customer service experience. #

  • I had a very positive experience hiring a car from Maggiore. Having followed the instructions on the voucher, the whole process ran very smoothly. The staff at Maggiore were very helpful, the car was ready to go and brand new and the drop off process was very easy to follow. #

  • horrible experience, for the first time with holiday autos who have always been good in the past. they didn't reconfirm that a car was available until long after my pickup time, and after i'd already sent them an email saying i had no choice other than to cancel (because i needed a car when i said i did, i.e. hours before their confirmation came in). i ended up paying a much higher price than they had quoted. #
