Naples International Airport Guide
Naples Airport ? full name Naples International Airport ? is located just off the A56 on the Ruffo di Calabria turnoff.
Naples Airport is a large airport with two separate terminals. However one terminal is reserved for charter flights only.
Once in Naples Airport there are several shops, including the standard Duty Free, clothes shops, newsagents/tobacconist and a museum shop. These are all spread out over ground and first floor. Other services available at Naples Airport include a bank, Bureau de Change, pharmacy and a Post Office.
For refreshments at Naples Airport there are four main eating areas, the largest of which is situated on the first floor.
Naples Airport caters spectacularly well for the disabled traveller by providing a specially adapted waiting room called Sala Amica, which has sofas, tables, a television, a flight information display unit as well as various other amenities; a Baby Care space equipped with nappy-changing mat and an upholstered chair and toilet facilities for the disabled.
Access to the Sala Amica for the visually impaired is facilitated by a specially designated route that is outlined on the tactile maps located in the airport. The Sala Amica Assistance service may be requested upon arrival at the airport by utilising one of the call points located outside of Terminal 1.
Personnel from GH Napoli, the company charged with providing this service for GESAC S.p.A., guarantee assistance in the briefest amount of time possible and in full respect of airport standards.
