  • Was busy when i went to pick up the car. I had to wait for shuttle bus minutes, i went back to the desk to ask them if i had to wait too much longer, and then the driver complaint to me about this Europcar was good and gave me a nice car, bigger that the one i booked #

  • The car was not ready when we arrived and as usual they said it was being washed but as I was going to complain they provided the car immediately but not washed. Above all the service we received from Enterprise was excellent. Thank you. #

  • Good pick up and car hire use expereince. Only problem was the drop off of the vehicle - couldnt find the drop off point - lots of road works and very small signage was useless. Very stressful end to a great week of care hire. #

  • Very friendly staff, good service and very good value car hire. We hired for a weekend and did not have the ridiculous situation of paying for a full tank of fuel beforehand. The cars fuel tank was 1/4 full and we returned it the same. #

  • The car hire was simple to arrange on-line, and the rental company was quick and helpful in replying to a query about child seats. The desk at the airport was easy to find, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a bit of a wait for the shuttle to take us to the collection point, but the driver gave us good advice on the best route to our first destination. The car itself was excellent - modern, clean, comfortable and spacious - and very economical. Service when we returned the car was quick and simple, with no fuss. We'd definitely be happy use Dan Dooley car rentals again. #

  • On booking the car everything went well, no problems, just one small snag, I realised I hadnt changed the default time for the start of the rental, I sent an email, but got no reply, not knowing if it went through or not, I cancelled (it was easy) and just rebooked with the correct time,. A very recommendable service and the car was from Budget and as usual no problems whatsoever, who could ask more more? I am saying 4 out of 5 but its more closer to 5 out of 5.. #

  • Even though the rental conditions for a one day hire said "get full of fuel, bring back full" the person at the car hire desk, while I thought he was taking my credit card details for the excess "hold", which would have been fine with me, as no charges occur until and unless the funds are actually drawn down on, actually charged my Australian credit card for about 99euro of fuel, without telling me what he was doing. When I refused to sign-off on that, he eventually cancelled the transaction, but when I got home I discovered that it had actually gone through on my account and then been refunded, so I was still up for Australian credit card fees for using the card overseas and for foreign currency conversion charges, and ended up out-of-pocket on the transactions. To add insult to injury, when I actually got in to the car, I found that it was down nearly an eighth of a tank, and I had to go back in to the pick-up office to get it properly topped up! Not a very happy customer by the time I actually left Dublin Airport! When I was filling it on the way back the next day, I discovered that the fuel cap said Diesel, while the external flap said Petrol - very confusing and potentially disastrous had I put the wrong fuel in - I did point this out to the person who took the keys back from me. #
