Thessaloniki Airport ? full name International Airport ?Macedonia' or Macedonia SKG Airport ? is the second largest airport in Greece and is located 14 kilometres from the city centre.

To get to Thessaloniki Airport, a Public Bus service (no. 78) connects the airport with the centre of Thessaloniki at 20-30 minute intervals throughout the day and takes you in less than 40 minutes to the centre. At Thessaloniki Airport there are various 24 hour shops and restaurants/snack bars. There is also a pharmacy and a first aid centre available, but neither of these are 24 hour.
