Stuttgart Airport is an international airport located approximately 8 miles south of the city centre of Stuttgart, Germany. Stuttgart Airport is located just off Autobahn (motorway) A8 Karlsruhe-Munich, take the exit Stuttgart-Flughafen, or Bundesstrasse B27, and follow the signs for either Arrivals (Ankunft) or Departures (Abflug).

For assistance at Stuttgart Airport there is a central information and help desk in Terminal 1, on level 3 (Departures) with multi-lingual staff. All terminals have information pillars including courtesy telephones for passenger information.

Facilities include ATMs and a bank with bureau de change facilities in Terminal 1. For refreshments at Stuttgart Airport, there are restaurants, cafes and bars in Terminal 1 (levels 2, 3 and 4) and a bar in Terminal 4 (level 2); drive-through fast-food is available in car park P4. For the shopoholics there are a variety of shops in Terminal 1 and a supermarket in Terminal 2 level 3. Duty-free is available in Terminal 1 level 3 and Terminal 4 level 2. Other facilities include visitors' terrace, car repair service and petrol station. Sightseeing helicopter flights from the airport can also be arranged.
