Poitiers Airport ? full name Poitiers-Baird Airport ? is located near Poitiers on the west side of the town. There is easy access to the airport from both the A10 and the N10.
Once at Poitiers Airport there is plenty of car parking facilities, including specially appointed bays for the disabled. There is limited public transport to Poitiers Airport so car or taxi is the best way to go.
Poitiers Airport is on the small side so there is not a lot of choice of where to eat and drink. There is a bar and restaurant ? l'Orée du Ciel ? that offers good food and panoramic views of the airfields. This is located in the historic building la Rotonde, on the first floor.
